Our online teaching assistant courses are available for those aged 16 and above with no other qualifications required, who have an interest in supporting the teaching staff and children in a school as a a qualified Teaching Assistant or Classroom Assistant. We offer recognised teaching assistant courses from a point which require no previous knowledge/experience or teaching assistant qualifications to those learners who are already acting as teaching assistants within schools.
A range of teaching assistant courses leading to recognised teaching assistant qualifications regulated by Ofqual and accepted by Ofsted are available including our entry course which has four mandatory units and is expected to take approximately eighty hours of study, this is for our Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools (RQF) course to our level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools (RQF) course taking 180 hours in addition to placement work.
