Unit 2 – Understand Equality and Diversity in context of SEND

- Understand the benefits of a diverse and inclusive society for an individual with SEND
Unit 3 – Principles of promoting person centred approach for individuals with SEND

Unit 4 – Understanding SEND and learning

Unit 4 – Living with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities

- Understand sources of support for individuals with SEND and the families
- Understand the impact stigma has on individuals with special educational needs and disabilities
Assessments
Assessments are a great way of checking your progress allowing you to apply your learning to real-world situations. Through the TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Special Educational Needs and Disability RQF Qualification, you will be assessed by a series of written assignments, which are submitted to and marked by your tutor.
All assignments are set by TQUK. Upon verification of the activities, exercises and assignments, a certificate of achievement will be awarded by TQUK, as confirmation that your written work has met all of the learning outcomes and assessment criteria for the course.
Please note: There is no examination required for this course.
